MeenakshiM, do you have copyright permission for all these pages you are copying from http://chandrakantha.com ? If so, revert my copyright warnings back to your versions, but if not, you can't just be putting them up on Wikipedia. See Wikipedia:Copyrights for more information. --Stormie 11:13, Apr 5, 2004 (UTC)

Many thanks for rewriting these articles in your own words! Please note, however, that I am removing your name from the bottom of them, as it is against Wikipedia policy to sign articles. Thanks for your hard work! Tuf-Kat 15:27, Apr 6, 2004 (UTC)

Hello. Please keep two things in mind:

  1. Wikipedia is not a dictionary. See Wikipedia:Perfect stub article for guidelines regarding what it takes to write a good stub that won't be deleted.
  2. If you're going to rewrite a copyright violation, please do so on a /Temp page. Follow the instructions provided instead of overwriting them. I had to revert your revisions; please move them to a /Temp page so they can be moved to the correct title after the copyright violation is deleted. For example, alap should be rewritten at Alap/Temp. Thanks for your consideration. -- Hadal 05:41, 7 Apr 2004 (UTC)

Hello Hadal & Stormie, I just now saw your messages. I'll take care that my future editions will be in x/temp pages.

You are doing some great work on carnatic music related articles. Keep it up. PamriTalk 12:49, 2 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello MeenakshiM! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 54 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Rajesh Roshan - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
